If you are new to the TCG world, I suggest reading the rules page, as there's some helpful hints and rules for TCGing in general that will be of benefit if you end up joining other TCGs. And trust me, that will happen. XD

name:name: Who are you? :D You can use your real name or an online nickname. Please check the member list to make sure no one else has already taken your name! Also, no names with Sailor in front - that's just confusing!
email:email: Your email address! This is not published on the member list - no one likes spam! This is for my reference only in case I need to contact you.
site URL:site URL: Where's your trade post? Be sure that this is a site that everyone can access! Community sites such as MySpace, Facebook, Xanga, DeviantArt, and others are not acceptable. LJ and other journal sites are okay, but make sure your post is public.
referred by:referred by: Did you find ML through someone's trade post? Put their name here and they'll be rewarded for helping the game grow. If you found ML listed somewhere else, I'd love to know where!
favorite deck:favorite deck: Which deck do you want to collect first? Check the card decks link and find your favorite! This can be a special deck, however, you cannot recieve choice specials in your starter pack.
choice card 1:choice card 1: Type the name of a choice card here. Please note that all your choice cards must be regular cards (anime art). Enter the card name in lowercase with no spaces. example: uranusplanet01
choice card 2:choice card 2: See notes for choice card 1. :p
choice card 3:choice card 3: See notes for choice card 1. :p
favorite Senshi:favorite Senshi: Choose your favorite Senshi from this list. You'll be marked as a fan on the member list. Sometimes this is used for games, too. :)	~ please choose one ~ Moon Mercury Mars Jupiter Venus Chibimoon Pluto Uranus Neptune Saturn
birthdaybirthday: Please enter the month and day. For clarity, please type the name of the month; I am American and will interpret 10/2 as October 2, not February 10.
member card:member card: Choose a favorite image for your member card - just paste the URL here! This MUST be an anime screenshot. NO manga images, NO scanned images (from books, magazines, cards, etc).
